“I need clients right now, but I don’t have a list!!”
If I had a client for every time I’ve heard that… LOL
Look, I’m gonna be blunt. You don’t need a big list – or a list at all! – to enroll clients into your program. You only need 2 things:
- A well designed and packaged “irresistible” program
- The skills and willingness to have a compelling one-on-one conversation with a potential client.
No matter where you are in your business, you can create a high-end program that your clients will love – and will pay for. In fact, a certain percentage of clients in any business want high-end or premium level services.
So, where do you start? You start with what’s called the “low-hanging” fruit. That is, making a heartfelt, personal invitation to people who are already in your circle of friends, family, and acquaintances.
Now, a lot of people are so afraid of sounding “pushy”, that they are nearly paralyzed. But you will be amazed that when you speak from your heart and make a genuine invitation to someone you think that your services can help, your clients will appreciate you thought of them and took the time to reach out.
Here’s what to do. Make a list of the people in your circle that could really benefits from your coaching. Who would you just LOVE to work with? If you can’t think of any, get a friend to help brainstorm with you.
This is exactly the way I started my business and what I have taught to hundreds of entrepreneurs to do. And I haven’t had a single client who couldn’t find anyone to have a conversation with.
